While most surfaces respond exceptionally well to professional cleaning, some stains, discoloration, and buildup may be permanent due to age, wear, hard water, or the nature of certain materials.Porous or textured surfaces, such as natural stone, grout, wood, shower doors, bathtubs, countertops, and certain fabrics, may retain discoloration even after a thorough cleaning. Likewise, homes with hard water may have mineral deposits or staining, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, that cannot be completely removed through standard cleaning methods.Our technicians will clean these areas thoroughly and professionally; however, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains, discoloration, or hard water deposits.Services We Do Not ProvideTo ensure the safety of our clients and our team, we do not perform the following services:Cleaning bodily fluids, mold, pet waste, hoarding conditions, or other biohazardous materials beyond normal residential bathroom cleaning.Cleaning properties with active bed bug infestations.Washing exterior windows or interior windows that cannot be safely reached using a two-step ladder.Cleaning areas more than six feet above the floor. For safety and insurance reasons, our technicians do not use ladders taller than a two-step ladder. Ceiling fans will be dusted when they can be safely reached.Moving or lifting furniture or other items weighing more than 25 pounds.Cleaning areas that are unsafe, inaccessible, or present a safety hazard.Cleaning the interiors of dishwashers, washing machines, or clothes dryers unless specifically included as part of a customized service.

In fact, most of our clients are away during their scheduled service, allowing them to return to a freshly cleaned, welcoming home.When scheduling your appointment, we'll simply ask how you'd like our team to access your home, whether that's via a lockbox, garage code, smart lock, hidden key, or another secure method. We also ask that you let us know of any special circumstances our technicians should be aware of, such as pets that may not be secured or areas of your home that you would prefer remain off-limits.If you plan to be home during the cleaning, we kindly ask that our technicians have uninterrupted access to the areas being serviced so they can work safely and efficiently. If you work from home, we're happy to clean your home office first whenever possible to minimize disruptions to your workday.
